1 INTO 4 SUBDIVISION

  • Pre-1946 Queenslander house sold and removed to allow full use of the land;

  • Retaining wall built and land filled with level 1 compaction to give a level ground to

  • build on;

  • Land sold as house and land package to allow the buyer to build their unique house to meet their needs and budget.

5 BED ROOMING ACCOMMODATION HOUSE

  • Building the 5 bed rooming accommodation house on one of the new lots from the 1 into 4 subdivision;

  • Proven Track Record house design to maximise the land available to build on;

  • Rooms rented separately to de-risk renting a whole house and to increase income by providing furnish rooms with electrical and internet provided.

2 INTO 4 SUBDIVISION

  • Duplicate of the 1 into 4 subdivision in size, but doing it smarter from the learnings of
    the 1 st one;

  • 2 existing houses to be reused elsewhere;

  • Selling front two lots as house and land package;

  • Keeping back two lots and building 2 x 5 bed rooming accommodation house for
    maximum income potential.
